The company's Research and Development Technology Center has invested over 200 million yuan to establish a state-of-the-art high-pressure open PolyCentric laboratory.Company Address: Kunming City, China.Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for drafting the enterprise laboratory standardization system manual, implementing standardization system documents, promoting and improving the implementation of laboratory standardization systems to ensure the quality and efficiency of research and development, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. 2. Fully participate in enterprise project management, tracking from project initiation to ensure smooth project implementation. 3. Assist in optimizing the standardization management system, processes, and operational guidelines of the enterprise's research and development center to enhance the standardization level of research and development. 4. Responsible for refining the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes of enterprise products and guide, supervise their implementation. 5. Establish the writing and improvement of technical documents related to enterprise products and assist relevant departments in finding required standards and technical standard materials. 6. Complete other tasks related to standardization assigned by superiors.Qualifications:1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related field of Polymer Materials. 2. Work Experience: Over 15 years of work experience in world-class fine chemical enterprises' laboratory, familiar with standardization system construction and implementation. 3. Skills Required: Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; ability in literature review and data analysis; skilled in SOP writing and implementation control. 4. Professional Attributes: Diligent and meticulous work attitude; possess strong principles, sense of responsibility, and execution ability; exhibit good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness. 5.
