Passionate and enthusiastic students curious about seeing & participating in the day-to-day operations and projects of high-end luxury brands in the jewelry, timepiece, fashion, & accessories industries. 

YOU ARE

Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as, involved in a full range of activity at Richemont & our Maison’s.

You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service. 

Digital Operations Support Intern

YOUR MISSION

  • Contribute to project delivery of our digital tools
    • Assist with task assignment and delivery
    • Assist in product roadmap maintenance and communication with ops team
  • Contribute to the creation of processes documentation
    • Update and maintain Systems Support Knowledgebase
    • Categorize, prioritize and coordinate “Opportunity matrix” for our aftersales process flows
  • Assist in Systems troubleshooting needs and incident management
    • Create a backlog of feature enhancements for digital project delivery
  • Learn about Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other Digital Product best practices.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application- Preferably on engineering curriculum
  • Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success
  • Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visas for summer internships
  • Must be aged 18 or older

*Students are responsible for all arrangements of housing and travel

Interns must be available onsite five days a week at our Dallas Fort Worth locations, for the duration of the entire program.

This is a paid internship.
